Our services

We provide AI-powered business services, including AI receptionists, website chatbots, professional websites, and related AI automation and marketing services. The specific scope of what we deliver is described on our Services page and confirmed with you at the time of order.

Pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown on our website. Our AI Receptionist is $2,500/mo, currently offered at a launch special of $1,997/mo.
  • We accept manual payment methods — Zelle, wire transfer, or check. We do not process card payments on this site.
  • Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. A setup deposit may be required to begin work, as disclosed at checkout.

Term & cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the access we need (such as call forwarding or business details) to deliver the service.
  • Use the services lawfully and only for your own legitimate business.

Results disclaimer

We work hard to deliver excellent results, but every business is different and we cannot guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or financial outcomes. Our commitment is to deliver the service as described.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
